This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent, would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 193 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
