Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the G.O.No.142 (Revenue Department) dated 23.05.2013 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to stop issuing patta to water resources lands and dismiss the patta requisition petitions at beginning stage and consequently direct the 1st respondent to regulate to issuing patta to the government lands.
