O R D E R

The respondent instituted a proceedings in D.O.P.No. 340 of 2016 against the petitioner before the Family Court at Coimbatore. The petitioner on appearance before the said Court filed this Transfer Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The respondent filed a counter affidavit wherein it was indicated that he has no objection for transferring the proceedings to the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur.

4. The learned counsel for petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner is also agreeable for transfer of the proceedings to the Family Court at Thiruvallur instead of Family Court at Chennai.

5. Since the parties have agreed, taking into account their convenience, to transfer the matter to a Court at Thiruvallur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessarily the Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. 6.

In the result, the proceedings in D.O.P.No. 340 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and is transferred to the file of Principal District Court at Thiruvallur, for disposal on merits.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
