Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice in a week at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on her by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4147 of 2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. The condition is relaxed with a direction that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month until further orders.
