This petition is filed under Section 378 Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 22.05.2023 made in C.C.No.49 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur.

2. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the private complainant filed under Section 200 Cr.P.C., against the accused for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, was dismissed for non prosecution.
