CR.NO. 48 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week investigation interrogation until further orders imposed on him by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 3028 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018.

Advocate, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
