Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., pleased to call for the records pertaining to Crime No. 360/2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Walajapet Police Station, Ranipet District and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.360 of 2022 on the file of 1st respondent police. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there is a case and counter case in Crime No.358 of 2022 and 360 of 2022 and the same was investigated by the respondent police. The investigation was completed insofar as Crime No.358 of 2022 is concerned and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial magistrate, Walajapet in CC No.94 of 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the investigation in this case is also completed and the final report or the closure report as the case will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of .
