This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 992 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.RC.SR.No.33765 of 2025 against the proceedings dated 22.09.2022 passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5069/2022/m/

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents 1 to 7 and perused, the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 992 days is condoned and this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) directly to respondents 5 to 7, on or before 2/4

29.07.2025, failing which the present petition shall stand automatically cancelled.
