Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents not to demolish or damage the temple by changing the original project except under due process of law thereby dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2024.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking directions against the respondents not to demolish or damage the temple by changing the original project, except under due process of law.
2. On instructions, Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, would represent that the proposed road has already been laid adjoining the temple. A photograph is also produced to show that there is absolutely no encroachment by the temple and there is no plan to demolish the part of the temple.
3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.23082 of 2024 is closed.
