ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2024 and decide the same in accordance with law.

2. On perusal of the representation dated 20.07.2024, we find that the petitioner seeks to drop the proceedings pursuant to the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet, in CMP No.27/2024 dated 26.03.2024, passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Since an order has already been passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, the petitioner has the liberty to appeal against the said order. The prayer to drop the proceedings cannot be considered and no direction can be issued.
