BHARATHIDASAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8952 of 2020 IN CRL OP.17380/2020 CHANDRASEKAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY, [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VERAIYUR POLICE STATION, THIRUVANNAMALAI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.2613 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 05/11/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17380/2020 that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in connection with the Crime No.2613/2020 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent-Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.REBECCA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17380 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17380 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
