The present A.Nos 6338 & 6339 of 2024 in O.P.No.83 of 2018 are filed to declare that S.Deborah Susan Pearl has attained age of majority and to discharge R.Stephen Samuel Alex, from guardianship of the minor, in view of her attaining majority, respectively. The affidavit filed by the applicant indicates that S.Deborah Susan Pearl was born on 14.05.2001 and she has attained majority on 14.05.2019.
