ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandumus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.08.2021 after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass orders within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 17.08.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by the order dated 06.05.2021 passed by the second respondent on the appeal filed by the third respondent, after issuance of notice to the third respondent and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
