ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R registered in Crime No.333 of 2022 pending investigation before the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and that a Closure Report is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam after serving the R.C.S notice on the de-facto complainant.

3. In view of the above development, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
