ORDER

The mediation centre has submitted a report dated 24.02.2023 stating that the mediation was concluded successfully. A Compromise Memo dated 23.02.2023 is annexed to the report. The said Compromise Memo has been signed by the petitioner, the respondent, and their respective counsel. The parties are present in person.

2. On perusal of the Compromise Memo, it provides for the mother of the minor children to be the sole custodian and guardian of the children. It also provides for visitation rights for the father of the children. In addition, it provides for maintenance and visitation during holidays, special occasions and the like.

3. On examining the above terms, I find no legal impediment to the disposal of this petition in terms thereof.

4. Consequently, O.P.No.691 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the Compromise Memo dated 23.02.2023, which shall form an integral part of the order. Consequently, A.No.3150 of 2022 is closed. 28.02.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No kal 3/4
