A.No.3742 of 2024 in C.S.No.332 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

By an order dated 12.04.2024, the learned Judge has passed an order that the matter had been listed under the caption 'Undefended Board' in accordance with Order VI of the Original Side Rules, and hence an endorsement made by the Registry also says that the first defendant has filed the written statement in D.No.10039 of 2024 was returned on 26.03.2024. The second defendant has also filed the written statement in D.No.4804 of 2022, which was returned on 16.02.2022. Therefore, to make it clear, the first defendant who filed this application is allowed to pursue the application for the receipt of the written statement.

2. Accordingly, A.No.3742 of 2024 is allowed.
