This application has been filed seeking to accept the English translation of the Tamil Will dated 11.11.1991 executed by Deceased Krishnammal filed in O.P.D.R.No.24436 of 2024.

2.After perusing the translated copy of the Will from Tamil to English, the same was attested by Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered.

4. The Registry may take that particular translation into record, but make every endeavour to produce the official translation before final orders are passed in the original petition. The original petition may be numbered if it is otherwise in order.
