in both WPs COMMON PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.2977/A2/2007 dated 16.03.2007 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the first respondent to extend to the petitioner the benefit of the order issued by him in Na.Ka.No.2977/A2/2007 dated 12.01.2006 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.

2.When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer in the writ petitions has become infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
