ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.08.2021 for the offences under Sections 435 and 436 of IPC, in Crime No.120 of 2021, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.05.2021, the articles in the house of the defacto complainant and his Royal Enfield Bullet were found charred and their value is about 2,50,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 70 days from 27.08.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate raised strong objection stating that the petitioner has got three previous cases of same nature. 5.Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has got three previous cases of same nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
