This application is filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing O.P.SR.No.95636 of 2019.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant referred to paragraph 4 of the affidavit, wherein, it is stated that on account of the labour unrest, the applicant did not have access to the relevant information and records, so as to file a petition.

4. On perusing the said affidavit and considering the oral submissions made by both the learned counsel, I am of the view that the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay.
