The present A.Nos 6337 & 6336 of 2024 in O.P.No.78 of 2018 are filed to declare that Christopher Emmanuel has attained age of majority and to discharge Evelyn John, from guardianship of the minor, in view of his attaining majority. The affidavit filed in support of the application indicates that Christopher Emmanuvel was born on 23.10.2003 and he has attained the age of majority on 22.10.2021.
