ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence Under Section 399 of I.P.C, in Crime No.157 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused were alleged to commit dacoity. Hence the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners did not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are two previous cases similar in nature pending as against the petitioners. However, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
