PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition order to the petitioner shall deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- conditional order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.831 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 in Crime No.119 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition order to the petitioner shall deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- conditional order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.831 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 in Crime No.119 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

3. The condition already imposed by the Court below shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) instead of Rs.1,00,000/- and the said amount of Rs.50,000/- shall be deposited by the Court below in any Fixed Deposit Scheme fetching interest, in any nationalized Bank for one year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and same shall be renewed periodically till the trial comes to an end.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
