ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass an order, based on the enquiry conducted dated 03.10.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already an order was passed by the second respondent/Registrar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vide proceeding No.12486/A5/2017, dated 19.08.2019 with respect to the relief sought in this petition and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings and the same was recorded. Therefore, the prayer sought by the petitioner has now become infructous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
