2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners' have made individual representation dated 17.09.2021, Page No.2 of 5
16.09.2021 and 17.09.2021 respectively, before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta in the name of the petitioners. However, the said application has been rejected by the second respondent.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions. Hence, these writ petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
