This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.390 of 2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, Mr.B.Barani, Inspector of Police, Vikravandi Police Station, Villupuram District is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that if three months time is granted, the investigation in Crime No.390 of 2013 will be completed.

4.Accepting the submission, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.390 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
