2. Since the fifth respondent was elected as unopposed and there was no contesting candidate to the post of the President of the concerned village panchayat and the issue raised in this writ petition relates to the election which was conducted for the said village panchayat, the said elected President, though unopposed, is a necessary party to be heard, accordingly this petition has been filed to implead the fifth respondent as one of the respondent in the main writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State Election Commission.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this Court feel that this miscellaneous petition can be ordered. Accordingly, it is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the main writ petition on 25.11.2021.
