The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 718 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.92672 of 2025.

2. M/s.M.Murali Vinodh, learned Standing Counsel undertakes to file Vakalat for the Respondent and has no objection in allowing the petition provided that the interest for the period of delay of 718 days is waived.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 718 days and the delay of 718 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
