This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint given by one Mr.Devakrishnan, the respondents have been unnecessarily harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by one Devakrishan, enquiry was conducted and after recording the statement from the petitioner and the counter complainant, the case has been closed and the petitioner is not required for enquiry. The statement of the petitioner, counter complainant and the closure report are also produced before this Court.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
