ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498A IPC r/w. 109 and 494 IPC, in Crime No. 05 of 2019 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of the first petitioner. It is alleged that A1 along with other petitioners chased away the defacto complainant to the parental home and thereby A1 performed second marriage. Based on the complaint, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners did not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.228 of 2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Mettur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed then there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
