This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.14915 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.00.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
