Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16342 of 2021 on 08.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
