Though the defendants 10, 16, 20, 53, 63, 74, 75, 82, 83, 100 and 104 respondents/ defendants are residing out side the jurisdiction of this Court, as the other defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the registered office of the Trust is also situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
