PRAKASH CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.9209 of 2018 IN CRL OP.17748/2018 K.B.SHANKAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs MANGAIKARASI, [ RESPONDENT ] M.LOGANATHAN (DECEASED) COMPLAINTANTS) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL OP.17748/2018 of on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.13 of 2016 on the file of FTC Magistrate Alandur, pending disposal of the petition for CRL OP.17748/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.9209 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in CRL OP.

17748/2018 of On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.APPAVU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall file an application under Section 436 of Cr.P.C. for bail. On such filing, he shall be released on bail on the same day, on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. The petitioner shall given an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.17748 of 2018 getting dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with until disposal of Crl.O.P.No.17748 of 2018.
