2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the detenu had been arrested and remanded to custody, on 13.11.2016, in Cr.No.316 of 2016 on the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Mydhakur Police Station, and he has been detained in Central Prison, Kadappa, and therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.

3. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had not been refuted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
