ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent to dispose of the application dated 30.04.2026 and consequently direct respondent to return the Earnest Money Deposit and Security Deposit.

2. At the outset, it was submitted by learned Counsel for respondent that they would consider petitioner's application dated 30.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.

3. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to respondent, to consider petitioner's application dated 30.04.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner and any other interested party, within a period of six weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
