ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order and modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.1611 of 2023, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode.

2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that while 1/4

granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1611 of 2023, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode had imposed a condition to deposit the original title deeds of a property worth Rs.25,00,000/- with valuation certificate. Seeking modification of this condition, petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.2001 of 2023. That petition was dismissed on 10.07.2023, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode. Therefore this petition is filed.

3.This Court finds from the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, that similar condition was imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16967 of 2019 for A1 and A2. It is the case of job rocketing, where the accused in this case have cheated an innocent job seeker to the tune of Rs.80,00,000/-. Therefore, this Court finds nothing wrong in imposing the condition to deposit the original title deeds of a property worth Rs.25,00,000/- with valuation certificate.
