O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner herein in the name of enquiry on the basis of the complaint dated 29.09.2021 given by him.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police are calling the petitioner for enquiry and also harassing the petitioner to attend the enquiry under 110 proceeding, without any reason. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the petitioner is an history sheet rowdy in H.S.439 of 2021 and his whereabouts have been verified and enquiry has been conducted. Being a history sheeter, he cannot have any such objections.

4.This Court finds that that the petitioner is a history sheeter and the respondent police had only called the petitioner to verify the petitioner's movements. Calling the petitioner for enquiry cannot be treated as harassment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
