O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land of the petitioner situated in Survey No.19/2C2 situated in Nediyam Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District to an extent of 0.49.0 acre 1.21 cents and fix 4 boundaries by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2023.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner paid the amount for surveying the lands situated in Survey No.90/2C2. However, he is seeking a direction to survey the lands in Survey No.19/2C2 and therefore, there is some inconvenience to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the request of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he 2/4

will be satisfied if his representation for survey of the land is considered in respect of Survey No.19/2C2. The said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner to survey his land situated in S.No.19/2C2 situated in Nediyam Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2023 by treating the amount paid by the petitioner in Challan No.20231108004442, dated 08.11.2023 as the one paid for Survey of land situated in Survey No.19/2C2 and pass final orders after issuing notice to all the persons interested including the 4th respondent herein, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
