ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the uncle of the detenue viz., Selvi, aged 41 years, sought production of his niece. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.S.Arockiam, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for first respondent as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 2 to 5.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the detenue viz., Ms.Selvi, who had been detained in Saudi Arabia, has landed at Chennai Airport and is presently at her residence at Salem. Even as we close the present Habeas Corpus Petition recording such submission, we would place on record our appreciation of the efforts taken by the officials of Ministry of External Affairs, particularly, the Second Secretary (Welfare), Embassy of India, Riyadh and efforts of his office as reflected in communication No.RIY/CW/234/4/2015 dated 21.03.2018.
