No 1 to 154 in the affidavit which are the subject matter of this writ Petition with the Assistance of Tahsildar, Vanur Taluk 8th Respondent Taluk surveyor Revenue Inspector and village Administrative officer, note down the Physical features, including damages caused to the valuable trees, water bodies, natural water courses and channels and present condition of the natural resources and living condition of the villagers with their enjoyment of easementary right of free access in the village, with estimated loss so far caused and submit a report with necessary proposals in the given circumstances (in WMP.NO.21867 OF 2019) pending disposal of the above in WP.NO.22470 OF 2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MUTHU GANESA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.MANOHARAN, Additional Government Pleader FOR 1 TO 8 AND 11 Respondents and of MR.S.V.VIJAY PRASHANTH, Additional Government Pleader (Forests) on behalf of the 12th Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Pending disposal of the writ petition, petitioner has filed the instant Writ Miscellaneous Petition, to appoint an Advocate Commissioner, to conduct inspection of the Government lands shown, in S.No.
