ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 05.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5582 of 2024, thereby directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Noon Meal Organizer, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed an order dated 11.09.2024, thereby appointing the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer. He also produced a copy of the order dated 11.09.2024 before this Court.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition is closed.
