This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.02.2022 and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.G.Pavendhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 and Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader for 3rd respondent. 3.

On carefully going through the records, it is seen that the 1st respondent through proceedings dated 01.04.2021, has already removed the petitioner from service. This order has not been put to challenge in the manner known to law. Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in making a representation thereafter and seeking for the issuance of writ of Mandamus. A mandamus can be issued only when there is a legal right. The legal right of the 2/4
