This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her husband.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was in love with one Fidal Kastro and eloped with him and thereafter, has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Nagapattinam District, that her family members were not happy with her marriage and that they are harassing her. In respect of the complaint, she was called to the police station for enquiry. However, there is no complaint or petition against the petitioner with the respondents.
3. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and the respondent police shall ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner and her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
