O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on petitioner's complaint dated 17.10.2021 and proceed the investigation in accordance with law.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the second respondent police on 17.10.2021, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the above said complaint has been closed on 21.11.2021. The closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that enquiry has been conducted on the complaint dated 17.10.2021 and the same has been closed on 21.11.2021. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action in the manner known to law.
