O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent from interfering with the civil contractual disputes with the purchasers of flat in the Deepa Paradise, Door No.112, Aadhanur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner entered into the construction agreement with the respondents 2 to 7 herein. After completion of construction, they handed over the entire possession of the property to them. While being so, respondents 2 to 7 found some defects in the construction and lodged complaint before the first respondent. Now, the first respondent is interfering the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 7 2/4
herein, without any iota of evidence to attract any offence.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to not to interfere with the civil transactions between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 7 herein except any crime committed by the petitioner or the respondents 2 to 7 herein.
