When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant would submit that despite this Court by its order dated 01.12.2021 granted Anticipatory bail on certain condition to the respondents 1 and 2, they have not complied with the same till now. Hence, the Anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 may be cancelled and seeks arrest them.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is dispute between the landlord/respondents 1 and 2 herein and the tenant/petitioner herein with regard to the arrears of rent. The issue is pending before the Trial Court and seeks to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 herein.
3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that the respondents 1 and 2 are owners of the premises and as the 2nd respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Lbm has left for London, the respondents 1 and 2 could not comply with the conditional order of this Court and seeks further time to comply the same.
4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to comply with order dated 01.12.2021 passed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.22945 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
