This petition has been filed to impead the proposed respondent as the sixth respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. Having regard to the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with the petition and to find out whether the property belong to the Government or to the temple, the proposed respondent is proper and necessary party to the Writ Petition, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition.

4. Notice to the newly impleaded party returnable by 14.10.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
