CRIME NO.1774/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax condition to stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Town Police Station everyday 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed to the petitioner by order dated 10/11/2020 in Crl.OP.No.17807/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SATHISHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17807 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17807 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
