This Writ Petition has been filed for quashment of the impugned order dated 09.07.2019 which was passed by the respondent herein.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 17.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 23.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 23.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 27.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 27.03.2023 NHS To Periyar University, Represented by its Registrar, Periyar Palgalai Nagar, Salem-636 011.
